Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still securely attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
